  Telephone billing is done on or about the 1st of each month. Internet billing is done on your anniversary date of your signup. Payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or Check-by-phone.

Q: How do I change my internet package?

Q: Why is my first phone bill higher than I expected?
A: Your first bill includes the fraction of the first month you started in - plus the first whole month.

Q: Why don't you charge tack-on fees like Federal Access Fee? Doesn't that go to the Federal Government?
A: Federal Access Charges are named deceptively. Other phone companies that charge this don't
pass them to the Federal Government - they pocket it as a tack-on fee. DM Broadband only charges the fees we are required to by state law (911, TAP, TACIP) and these are passed on to the state of Minnesota. Local number portability and extended area service are two more fees DM Broadband doesn't charge.

Q: Can I pay my bill automatically each month on my credit card or from my checking account?
A: Yes, you can arrange to have your account charged each month. You will still receive a bill for your records - but it will already be paid.
