Overview:
Basicly no one can send you an email unless
their email address is confirmed by our mail
server. If someone sends you an email. They
will recieve an email from our mail server.
You will not get the message until they reply
to the confirmation email message. Once they
do you will receive the email. NOTE: The other
person only has to confirm the message once.
